Open Enrollment 2024. Marketplace enrollment began november 1, 2023, and runs through december 15, 2023, for coverage that begins january 1, 2024. This is when you can buy individual and family insurance plans from the affordable care act (aca) marketplace or your state's.

During this time, you can enroll in or change plans for the upcoming year. The university grants commission (ugc) has released a new enrollment procedure for the students seeking admission to open and distance learning.
